Hi Bonesh, Thanks for the updates. Safe Mode and Clean Boot are not the same thing. Safe mode is a troubleshooting option for Windows that starts your computer in a limited state. Only the basic files and drivers necessary to run Windows are started. In Clean Boot, all the Windows programs and features are enabled and all the third party programs disabled, so that we can eliminate software conflicts. Yes, you will need to re-enable all the programs and apps you disabled. I have tried in compatibility mode and it doesn't work either.i have downloaded a bluetooth suite of windows 7 and have run using compatibility mode still does't work.i dont know what is wrong with my computer.i did install the latest version of suite in clean boot state and it didnt work.i will try installing in clean boot state the preinstalled version, that's the only option i have left.i have found the older version(preinstalled version) from acer website, would it work in my pc?? Mine is samsung.i did not find it in the samsung website.
